Current Students

Feb 15, 2024 – Deadline to complete housing application
February 16, 2024 – Notification of eligibility to participate in housing selection
February 21, 2024 – Housing Selection for Fall 2024-Spring 2025
March 30, 2024 – Deadline for spring account balance to be $0 to maintain fall assignment
March 31, 2024 – No Penalty Cancellation Deadline. Cancellation Fees apply after this date

New First-Year, First-Time (NFT) Students

April 1, 2024 – Housing application opens for new students
April 1, 2024 – Room Reservation site opens for eligible students
May 6, 2024 – Deadline to complete housing application for fall
May 6, 2024 – Deadline to make room reservation
May 10, 2024 – Housing staff will assign students without room reservations or notify students of waitlist status
