Introverts United

Are you looking for a space to be yourself and connect with others? This group is for introverts who want to grow social confidence, manage stress, and find a real sense of belonging. We'll explore simple steps to build social skills and create meaningful connections in a calm, supportive environment. The event will be held on Mondays at 4 p.m. bi-weekly from January 27 to April 21 in MAC-VICAR 103 group room.

Self-Care Through Expressive Arts

Looking to connect with yourself and the world around you? Join our supportive group to explore self-care and creative activities like meditation, grounding, aromatherapy, art, and nature. Defying Gravity

Life can feel heavy, but you're not alone. Defying Gravity is an open group for students navigating post-traumatic stress. In a safe and creative space, we'll use tools like EMDR, music, games, and crafts to help you heal, build strength, and find balance. There is no pressure to share. Come as you are, and let's navigate this journey together! The event will be held bi-weekly on Thursdays at 3 p.m. from Jan. 30 - March 6 in the MacVicar conference room. Defying Gravity

The Journey Forward

Have you lost someone close? Find support, connection, and understanding in this bi-monthly group designed for those navigating life after loss. Open to individuals whose loss occurred 3+ months ago, sessions offer an interactive space to share, reflect, and grow with others who understand. Together, we'll work toward comfort, understanding, and a sense of hope for the future. The event will be held bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. February 4 - April 15 in MacVicar 103 (group room).

Grief Support Group

The Self Discovery Experience

Join us for a 3-part series all about self-discovery, growth, and feeling more confident in who you are! This group is a safe, supportive space to explore what makes you you and to connect with others along the way.

  • Part 1: Let go of perfectionism, embrace growth, and build resilience.

  • Part 2: Explore intimacy, set boundaries, and deepen connections.

  • Part 3: Connect with your body, express your needs, and feel empowered. A safe space to grow, connect, and be your authentic self!

The event will be held on Wednesdays from 2 p.m., January 26 - April 23, in Laura Spelman lounge at the bottom level. No group will be held on March 12. Learn about this group and more on our website.
