Spelman Strategic and Security Studies Center (S4C)

In the evolving landscape of global security, the imperative to foster a diverse and inclusive intelligence workforce cannot be overstated. Recognizing this, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has established the Intelligence Community Centers for Academic Excellence (IC CAE) program to enhance the strategic capabilities of the United States through education and development.

To support this, Spelman College has established the Spelman Strategic and Security Studies Center (S4C) under the IC CAE program.
