Secure the Bag: Success Beyond the Gates

Spelman Pathways recognizes critical skills that are needed to ensure success in graduate school, industry and life. Students are encouraged to take advantage of several valuable virtual workshop offerings conducted from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. EST.

An interactive virtual workshop that provides you with an opportunity to earn 2 BONUS community service hours when you pair it with a community service activity you've performed.

National Association of Colleges and Employers

The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is an American nonprofit professional association for college career services, recruiting practitioners, and others who wish to hire the college-educated.

NACE has identified eight requisite career competencies that broadly prepare the college-educated for success in the workplace and lifelong career management.

Eight career readiness competencies:
