The Chemistry Learning Center provides support for general and organic chemistry only.

Vision Statement

To provide an additional learning resource in an interactive and collaborative learning environment.

Goals

• To provide students with focused reinforcement on topics identified by the instructor that promote concept mastery
  
  
• To empower students to be proactive and responsible for their success
  
  
• To provide students an opportunity to isolate and concentrate on a difficult concept in the course.

Purpose

• To reinforce topics the instructor has identified as being traditionally difficult or requiring deeper exploration
  
  
• To guide students through pre-designed activities that will enhance their mastery of a particular concept by providing:
  
  
  • An overview of concepts that will assist the student's understanding of lectures to come
    
    
  • An opportunity for in-depth practice of a recently covered topic
