Are you ready to cultivate the best in you and inspire greatness in others? If so, eSpelman's Leading Self, Leading Others Certificate was made for you!

This online certificate enables individuals to build leadership, management and communication skills to lead teams while developing a long-term career vision. The program leverages an interactive virtual community during and after the courses as well as team projects.

This certificate program is designed to be accessible for those with or without college experience and to give students in-demand career skills while also earning credits that can be applied towards a degree.

The Leading Self, Leading Others Certificate consists of two eight-week courses for a total of six credit hours. Both courses are offered online only and are self-paced.
