Commencement is a momentous rite of passage, and the Spelman community joyously celebrates the hard work, sacrifice, accomplishments and promise of the Class of 2024.

The College also awarded an honorary degree – Doctor of Laws – to trailblazing Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson and a National Community Service Award to highly acclaimed Atlanta journalist Rose Scott.
