Living On Campus

There are 11 residence halls on campus that house approximately 1,400 students. Each building has its own unique character and maintains its rich history while also assuming the personality of its residents.

Living & Learning Communities

Living Learning Communities (LLCs) are specialized living environments that connect students with a similar interest. Each LLC is unique, but all are centered on a distinctive theme or focus area.

Room Assignment Process

The process of securing your on-campus room assignment varies based upon your student classification and student type. The process for any student will begin on the Spelman Housing Dashboard.

Leadership Opportunities

Each leadership opportunity works to promote the goals and purposes as they relate to residential living, as well as to serve as the student voice. Each opportunity is an avenue for student cooperation and leadership on campus where students can make a difference.

Housing Partnerships

The Office of Housing and Residence Life partners with other departments on campus such as Title IX and Compliance, Public Safety, and Counseling Services.
