Domestic Exchange Student Reflections
American University
I am currently located in Washington D.C. and my experiences at American University have been very "interesting" compared to my time at Spelman.
I am enjoying my time in class and being able to explore Capitol Hill, meet with different representatives and see how the change in administration is effecting the branches of government. However, the most exciting part of my Washington semester exchange would have to be interning at the NAACP Washington Bureau.
Midterms are almost here and I am definitely looking forward to them being over! lol. Also looking forward to becoming more socially active on campus and exploring more of the city as the semester continues.
