Noel Harris, Class of 2025 | Spelman College

Noel Harris is a junior at Spelman College, majoring in health science on the pre-med track. She is from Bowie, Maryland. During the summer of 2022, Noel conducted research at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in Dr. Phyllis Robinson's lab. She also conducted research during the 2023-2024 academic year in Dr. Na'Taki Osborne Jelks' lab, focusing on air quality monitoring research. She is interested in research because she is eager to learn about the human body and its connection to the mind and skin.

Noel is interested in obtaining an MD-PhD with the ultimate career goal of becoming a physician-scientist in dermatology. Additionally, Noel was accepted into Boston University Early Medical School Selection Program (EMSSP). Upon graduating from Spelman, she will enter Boston University School of Medicine in August 2025.
